Hello, I’m Mandy — the artist and illustrator behind Faraston Designs.

Living in rural Scotland with my much-loved family of dogs, I draw daily inspiration from the countryside, its wildlife, and the quiet traditions that shape life here. My work blends traditional watercolour and coloured pencil with soft digital techniques, allowing me to create pieces that are both expressive and detailed. Whether I’m designing a new greeting card or illustrating a children’s book, every piece begins with a hand drawn sketch and a genuine love for rural life, nature and animals.
