By placing an order with Faraston Designs, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate. As our products are viewed on different screens and devices, colours may vary slightly from those shown online.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

For personalised or custom products, it is the customer's responsibility to check that all names, wording, dates and other information supplied to us are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within information supplied or approved by the customer.

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, wording and other original material created by Faraston Designs remain the intellectual property of Faraston Designs unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, copied, altered, resold or used commercially without prior written permission.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
